PLEASE READ OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER

Welcome to Pine and Petal Market. Pine and Petal, LLC and our team provides services subject to notices, terms and conditions as outlined below. By accessing, browsing, or shopping on this website, you agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement. Please read them carefully.

 

PROCESSING TIMES

Many of our items are made to order and will ship when completed. Your order is made by hand by real human florists and crafters, therefore our processing time may vary. Our standard processing time, on average, for non-customized items is 2-3 business days, however custom dyed items may take up to 4 weeks to arrive due to the time it takes to dye your selection. Our team works Monday - Friday between 9am and 5pm Eastern Standard Time to get your flowers to you as fast as we can.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship with different carriers like USPS, FEDEX and UPS. You may select upgraded shipping options during checkout per your preference.

Once your flowers have shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. If you have further questions on delivery, we may direct you to the postal carrier.

If you are located in an area that charges additional duties, taxes or import fees in addition to our shipping rates, you may owe additional shipping fees.

Delivery dates are NOT GUARANTEED. Your order will be shipped as soon as we can, but once your order leaves our warehouse we are unable to guarantee a delivery date.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Ensure your address is complete and correct before shipping. We are not responsible for undelivered or returned orders due to insufficient address information. Any incorrect address information may result in packages being lost during shipping. If we have shipped your package to an incorrect address provided, you will be responsible for providing additional shipping if the package is returned to us. If your package is not returned and is lost, we will be unable to provide a refund.

If you need to contact us about an address change, we would be happy to change the address we have on file. If your order has shipped, we are unable to update any address information.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Pine and Petal Market we are committed to delivering beautiful delicate sola flowers right to your door! All of our flowers are made for you and we do not accept returns. All sales are final. 

If your flowers have been damaged during shipping, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery at shipping@pineandpetalmarket.com or contact us via our customer service number at 321-754-8740. 

 

CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final. Cancellations may be offered on a case by case basis, if your order has not started to be filled or worked on in any way.

 

DAMAGES & BROKEN FLOWERS

Our flowers are made from a delicate wood and are subject to damage if not properly handled during shipping. If your flowers arrive broken or damaged, you can use a few tricks to get them back to beautiful! You can lightly spray your flowers with clean water or quickly dip them in water and reshape or fluff them out while damp. Allow the flowers to dry completely before using them for crafting or as an arrangement.

If damage is significant to your flowers, we will handle the solution on a case by case basis which may include replacements, gift card credit or reshipping.

At Pine and Petal, it is our goal to provide you with the highest quality sola wood flowers made from delicate wood. No flower is unique and flowers will naturally have flaws as well like veining, bark or chips. Flower size variations will also be approximate since each flower is made by hand.

 

LOOSE FLOWER ASSORTMENTS AND CRAFT KITS

Processing time for our Loose Flower Assortments and Customized Craft Kits will vary due to the dye process. We carefully dye all of our flowers by hand and they need ample time to dry before sent on their way to you. Once your flowers arrive, remove them promptly from any packaging and allow them to breathe. Moisture may be present in dyed flowers and they need to be able to breathe immediately upon arrival. We are not responsible for any damage due to improper care or handling.

 

UNPACKING

Although your flowers are made from a variety of wood, they are still very delicate. We suggest unpacking with the upmost care and attention. Bubble wrap should be unrolled carefully from around each arrangement as soon as they arrive, and bouquets should be placed upright in clean vases in a safe location. Since your arrangements are made from organic materials, remove any plastic (or bags) and keep them in a dry location to prevent moisture from accumulating.

 

STORAGE

If it is awhile before your event or wedding carefully unpack your arrangements, bouquets and flowers and keep them in a dry, safe, cool, dark area (such as a closet). Since your arrangements are made from organic materials, be sure to remove all plastic to prevent moisture from accumulating. Keep the flowers out of direct sunlight as it may fade the colors a bit and we want them to be as vibrant and beautiful as the day you received them for your celebration.

 

SCENTS

Scents can last about 2-6 months depending on the flowers environment.
