How long will it take to receive my order?
FOR RUSH OR TIME SENSITIVE ORDERS we recommend upgrading to PRIORITY EXPRESS shipping which is the most cost effective and fastest delivery option. Please contact us via chat or at info@pineandpetalmarket if you have a time sensitive order question.
What are your Flowers made from?
Our delicate flowers are made from organic, eco-friendly material called sola wood. This is a delicate wood (think of a thin balsa wood versus a hardwood), which is light and airy in nature - a perfect material for beautiful flowers. The material is delicate and almost foam like - but it is a natural wood.
Each flower is unique and, like us, they are not perfect! OUR FLOWERS WILL CONTAIN NATURAL OCCURRING CHARACTERISTICS, such as wood grains, wood chips (similar to "bark"), cracks and varied colors.
Sola flowers are the perfect eco-friendly material because the tapioca plant they are made from can be re-harvested over and over. The flowers are faux and will last for many years to come!

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States and do not ship internationally.
Can I customize my flowers?
Unless otherwise noted in the listing description, your order will include the same colors, arrangement and flowers as shown in the photos. Computer monitors and screens vary so colors may vary from those you see on your screen. A lot of our flower arrangements have been photographed in multiple lighting scenarios to help you visualize the arrangement colors under varied lights. Contact us at info@pineandpetalmarket.com for custom order requests.

What is your return policy?
At Pine and Petal Market we are committed to delivering beautiful delicate sola flowers right to your door! All of our flowers are made for you and we do not accept returns. All sales are final.
If you are unsure of placing a large order without seeing our flowers in person first, we recommend ordering a loose flower sample in colors you are looking for.
